Yard of the Month Winners

The TPHOA Yard of the Month program begins in April each year and concludes in the October/November time frame depending on the weather. To be eligible, homeowners must be in good standing regarding maintenance fees and in compliance with our CC&R’s. Homes not current on their dues will not be eligible for YOM.

The Board of Directors and specifically, the Landscape Committee, want to thank all of our homeowners for keeping your lawns in excellent shape and making it very difficult to award only three winners each month.
